Delivery Method
Our current shipping method is Standard UPS. Standard delivery times can take anywhere between 2 to 8 business days. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 US/CDN (before tax) to anywhere in the US or Canada* Orders over $50 US/CDN (before tax) are eligible for Free Standard Shipping*
*Shipping to Canadian Territories, Hawaii, or Alaska may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees. Please contact us at support@lorpen-na.com for a shipping quote.
Return Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return number. To begin, click Returns at the bottom of the page and follow the step-by-step directions. Then return the items, in their original product packaging, to the address listed below. Note that you can only create a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
Credit for the returned items is applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is received.
If the return is a result of our error, Lorpen North America Inc. may compensate you for the return shipping.
In some cases Lorpen North America Inc. may charge restocking fees for returned items.
